POP UP EVENT! In collaboration with Sippin on Matcha! With 15 minutes of stretching, 45 minutes of targeted Pilates and a whole lot of laughs it's easy to forget you're exercising. Moving and getting that Vitamin D! Finishing the session with a meditation, adjustments and cool towel, you're invited to share a conversation and matcha to finish. See you there!
